A Hand that touched my sensuality,
that awakened the woman in me,
A Hand that, when wrapped around me,
made me feel like I belonged
A Hand I lost,
to the waves in the vast, relentless ocean of life,
And yet, I found it again
While drowning deep
In the heavy tide of existence.
A Hand that no longer was mine to hold
not mine to love,
not mine to keep,
And yet, in that fleeting moment,
the peace it brought by simply holding it
felt like home
felt like home...
